How can I reach head office?

Where do I get a credit application form?
You can either email us directly at billing@roelogistics.com or you can simply download our form located on the forms and documents page

How do I obtain a quote for an international freight forwarding shipment?
Go to our services and choose > International Freight Forwarding. On this page, you will see a "Request a quote" from on the left side. Just click on it and fill out the required information and one of our specialists will get back to you as soon as possible..

What happens after I get my quote back?
Contact ROE Logistics by email or phone at 1.888.SHIP.ROE 744.7763 to confirm that you accept the quote and its terms and conditions. If your company already has an established international account with ROE Logistics, then you can move forward immediately.  If you do not, you simply need to complete a Customs Power of Attorney Form and an ROE Logistics Credit Application to get an account started. 

How long does it take to receive credit approval for my account?
Credit approval takes 3-5 business days.

What if I would rather prepay for the shipment?
You have the option to pay for the shipment charges using a credit card or company check.

What is a Customs Power of Attorney Form?
It is a legal document outlined by CBSA (Canada Customs) that gives us the power to submit documentation and information to Canada Customs on your company's behalf.

What happens once I have submitted all the forms and my account has the credit and Power of Attorney forms on file?
It is time to get the shipment moving. An ROE Logistics Export or Import Specialist will arrange for the booking and pick up your goods.
